We are delighted to welcome Sylvia to Community Ed Psych as our Lead for Therapeutic Services. Sylvia will oversee the therapeutic support offered to children, young people, and their families, ensuring that services are compassionate, evidence-informed, and responsive to individual needs. With a strong commitment to promoting emotional wellbeing and resilience, Sylvia will play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality therapeutic interventions that support positive outcomes across home, school, and community settings.
Sylvia is an experienced CBT practitioner with over seven years of practice across NHS and community mental health services. She specialises in delivering evidence-based psychological support that equips individuals with the tools to manage stress, anxiety, low mood, and the unique challenges that arise in high-pressure professions.
She takes a trauma-informed, person centred approach to her work, ensuring that interventions are delivered with compassion, sensitivity, and an understanding of the ways in which past experiences can affect present functioning. Emotional safety and psychological empowerment are at the heart of her practice.

Dr. Campbell-Lee
We are delighted to welcome Dr Campbell-Lee to Community Ed Psych. Dr Campbell-Lee will lead our neurodevelopmental work, with a particular focus on post-diagnosis support for children, young people, and families. Her expertise and passion for neurodiversity will help us expand our services and ensure families receive high-quality, compassionate support beyond diagnosis.
Dr. Campbell-Lee has a Batchelor’s degree (BSc) in Applied Psychology, a Masters (MSc) in Research into Clinical Psychology, and a Doctorate degree (DCLinPsy) in Clinical Psychology. Additionally, she has Foundation degrees in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Systemic/Family Therapy.
Dr. Campbell-Lee has several years of clinical experience working with a range of presentations including various anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD/Trauma, personality disorders, Learning/Intellectual Disabilities, Neurodevelopmental conditions (e.g., Autism, ADHD, Selective Mutism), Neuropsychological conditions (e.g., Stroke, TBI) and complex personalities. Throughout her clinical career, Dr. Campbell-Lee has advocated for and supported adults and young people who are diagnosed with or have suspected Neurodevelopmental conditions along with their families and support systems; working in multiple sectors including Forensic, community and inpatient psychiatric hospitals.

Tunde Sobitan
Dr Tunde Sobitan is an Educational Psychologist with Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in Psychology, Master degree in Youth and Community development (MA) and Doctorate in Educational Psychology (DEdPsyc). He is passionate about helping children and young people thrive by working collaboratively with families, schools, and other professionals to understand strengths, overcome barriers, and create meaningful opportunities for success.
Tunde provides educational psychology assessments, consultations, therapeutic and solution-focused interventions, training, and organisational development support for schools and educational settings. He has particular interests in neurodiversity, trauma-informed practice, nurture approaches, emotional wellbeing, and developing inclusive environments where children and young people can flourish.
As the founder of Community Ed Psych Ltd, Tunde's vision is to provide high-quality, accessible psychological services that bridge the gap between assessment and meaningful support, ensuring that children, young people, families, and schools feel empowered to achieve positive and lasting change.
